Choice arenas are programs that structure the chaos of pairing people to diverse problems and solutions. Most modern companies make decisions on consumer's behalf based on mass research data, and more recently, invasive tracking of internet activity. The results are mass produced goods that meet nominal rather than specific needs and services offered en masse, sometimes with unnerving accuracy.

The Network Theory Applied Research Institute is a noncommercial research group that explores new ways to operate community and meet user needs. We develop digital and administrative projects to test how people can be more involved in fluid decision-making. Our aim is to help communities worldwide work together through improved communication, by making tools that encourage everyone to take part in a variety of industries -- not just what their degree or social norms say they should do.

NTARI wants to create a world where everyone can live freely, without being held back by tradition, government or cultural boundaries, so we focus on creating communication systems that empower regular people to take control of their social and economic standing becoming active members of the global community. Rather than seeing the internet as a distraction, we turn it into a valuable tool for everyone.

Our inspiration for these projects stems from the racially motivated destruction of communities in our native United States and the disenfranchisement that has plagued communities around the world. In response to these challenges, we are driven to a commitment to provide internet services that empower individuals regardless of their background or circumstances. We aim to break down the barriers that have traditionally limited access to the Earth's natural opportunities and resources, and build networks that foster inclusivity and collaboration.

By addressing the root causes of inequality and exclusion, we strive to create a more equitable and just society where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. This is Collaborative Planetary Development through expanded arenas of choice
